Starting a career as a digital marketer in Nepal is a good choice if you are really interested in it. Anyone without prior experience can enter into the dynamic field of digital marketing.
You don’t need to attend college or university to learn digital marketing. All you need is a laptop and an internet connection, as plenty of resources are available online to develop and acquire essential skills.
Let’s get started by learning what Digital Marketing is:
Digital Marketing basically means the establishment and development of the firm’s presence through digital channels. It would include Search, Social Media, Mobile, and emails. It involves search engine optimization(SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine marketing(Paid Ads). The main focus of digital marketing is to establish communication with the target customers using different digital channels to drive relevant traffic and conversions to the business.
What differentiates digital marketing, however, is the ability to reach specific consumers and produce measurable results. Unlike traditional marketing, where impact is often very difficult to measure, digital marketing provides real-time, data-driven insight to help refine tactics and make decisions in real-time.
In Nepal, digital marketing provides a unique opportunity to bridge local businesses with global audiences. It provides an equal foot ground enabling even small businesses to compete with larger enterprises.
